Adult Zumba® is an energetic activity that makes for a fun night out. It is the perfect activity for young and old, who want to have fun while burning calories!
Join our dynamic team of certified Zumba instructors: Amy Nigrelli, Gina Manganiello, Lisa Caruso, & Kimberly D'Alelio, as they lead you through fun, energetic classes that will help you to burn 500-600 calories an hour while having a blast!
Zumba has easy to follow, fun moves to fabulous, upbeat Latin music. No experience is required and the class is great for all ages (13 through adult).
